By placing an order with Cole&Co Customs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Ordering
• All press-on nail sets are custom made to order.
• Orders are placed via direct message (Instagram/Facebook) or via the website where applicable.
• Full payment is required before your order is started.
• Please ensure all details (size, shape, length, colour, design) are correct at the time of ordering.
Sizing
• Cole&Co Customs will provide a clear sizing method for clients to follow when placing an order.
• It is the client’s responsibility to follow the sizing instructions carefully and accurately.
• Cole&Co Customs cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing if the provided method is not followed correctly.
• If you are unsure about sizing at any stage, please ask before confirming your order.
Custom & Bespoke Items
• Due to the custom nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.
• Refunds, returns or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.
• Design changes requested after work has started may incur an additional charge or may not be possible.
Turnaround Time
• Standard turnaround time is 10 working days from payment confirmation (excluding postage).
• Turnaround times may vary during busy periods.
• If you need your set by a specific date, please let me know before ordering.
Postage
• Postage costs are charged separately and confirmed at checkout.
• Cole&Co Customs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services once your order has been dispatched.
• Proof of postage can be provided on request.
Damage & Issues
• Please inspect your order upon arrival.
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• Normal wear and tear, incorrect application, or damage caused by misuse is not covered.
Application & Wear
• Proper application is essential for longevity.
• Cole&Co Customs is not responsible for nails lifting, popping off or breaking due to incorrect application or aftercare.
• Press-on nail wear time varies depending on lifestyle, application and nail condition.
Health & Safety
• Press-on nails should not be applied to damaged, infected or unhealthy natural nails.
• If irritation or reaction occurs, remove immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.
Cancellations
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• If cancellation is requested before work starts, this is at Cole&Co Customs’ discretion.
Content & Photography
• Cole&Co Customs may photograph finished nail sets for social media and marketing purposes.
• No personal information will ever be shared.
Right to Refuse Service
• Cole&Co Customs reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
