Cole&Co Kids – Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a Cole&Co Kids pamper party, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your party date and time.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before the party date.
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the party may be rescheduled once to a new date (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the party date will result in loss of deposit and no refund of any payments made.
• Failure to attend on the day will be treated as a late cancellation.

3. Party Numbers

• Final guest numbers must be confirmed 72 hours before the party.
• Once confirmed, numbers cannot be reduced.
• Additional guests may be accommodated where possible, subject to availability and additional cost.

4. Age & Suitability

• Cole&Co Kids parties are designed for children aged 4–12 years unless otherwise stated.
• All treatments are age-appropriate and use child-safe, non-toxic products.
• No acrylics, gel polish, electric files or adult nail treatments are used.

5. Health & Allergies

• The booking parent/guardian is responsible for informing us of any allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditionsprior to the party.
• Cole&Co Kids cannot be held responsible for reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.

6. Supervision & Safety

• An adult must be present at all times during the party.
• Cole&Co Kids is fully DBS checked and insured, however children remain the responsibility of the booking adult throughout the event.

7. Space & Setup

• A suitable space with adequate lighting and seating must be provided.
• Access to hand washing facilities is required.
• We ask that the party area is clear and ready at the agreed start time.

8. Travel & Location

• Cole&Co Kids is a mobile service.
• Travel charges may apply depending on location and will be confirmed at booking.

9. Photography

• Photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes unless you advise us otherwise in writing before the party.

10. Right to Refuse Service

• Cole&Co Kids reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive.

Cole&Co Teens – Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a Cole&Co Teens pamper party or individual teen appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Age Requirements

• Cole&Co Teens services are available for ages 13–17 years.
• Proof of age may be requested where appropriate.
• A parent or legal guardian must provide consent for all bookings.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before the party or appointment.
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will result in loss of deposit and no refunds.
• Non-attendance will be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Treatments & Services

• Treatments offered are age-appropriate and designed specifically for teenagers.
• Services may include gel manicures and teen pamper treatments only.
• No acrylics, hard gel extensions or advanced nail enhancements will be provided.

5. Add-Ons & Extras

• Optional add-ons (such as face masks or pamper extras) must be selected at the time of booking.
• Add-ons are subject to availability and additional cost.

6. Health, Nails & Allergies

• Any allergies, sensitivities, nail conditions or medical concerns must be disclosed prior to the booking.
• Natural nail condition will be assessed on the day, and treatments may be adjusted if necessary.
• Cole&Co Teens cannot be held responsible for reactions where information has not been disclosed.

7. Supervision & Conduct

• A responsible adult must be present at all teen parties.
• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
• Cole&Co Teens reserves the right to stop a service if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Photography & Social Media

• Photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes unless the parent/guardian opts out in writing prior to the booking.

9. Mobile Service & Travel

• Cole&Co Teens is a mobile service.
• Travel fees may apply depending on location and will be confirmed before booking.

10. Right to Refuse Service

• Cole&Co Teens reserves the right to refuse service if safety, consent or suitability requirements are not met.
